I started working out when I was young, but didn’t feel comfortable in my own skin until I changed my relationship with food.
An athlete and self-proclaimed fitness-fanatic, I’ve competed in long distance running, cycling, swimming, and CrossFit. I found a passion in weightlifting and how — when paired with the right nutrition — weight training can increase metabolism and build a stronger, leaner body.
I’ve enjoyed helping clients of all ages, stages, interests, and specific needs. When working with individuals, I strategically combine techniques from weightlifting, CrossFit, and endurance sports to create a truly personalized and effective plan that is easy to follow and FUN.
Each client is different and so is my method.
