Make it Your Own Pasta

Ingredients

8 ounces pasta (1/2 family size box)

1 tsp olive oil

1 lb ground beef

1 medium yellow onion

1 orange bell pepper

8 ounce tray of mushrooms

1 jar of Rao’s Marinara Sauce ( 15.5 oz)

Directions

Chop up vegetables of choice.

Cook pasta in pot of water, until desired fitness.

Add small amount of oil to pan on medium-high heat, once warm add ground beef (or protein of choice), stir occasionally until evenly browned.

Once cooked, remove the meat from the pan and add the vegetables, stirring occasionally until desired texture is reached.

Add the denser vegetables like carrots first and mushrooms last for even cooking.

Once vegetables are softened add the sauce, meat and pasta all together into one pot, making sure to stir in order to combine flavors well.

Let simmer for 5 minutes.

Serve and Enjoy!

The simplest pasta sauce I've ever made

Completely customizable, choose vegetables and protein of choice.

Sauce can also be substituted.
