Banana Milk
Ingredients
1/2 an overripe banana
1 scoop protein (I use vanilla but chocolate banana would taste just as good)
8oz milk of choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
5 ice cubes
Directions
Put the banana, protein powder, vanilla, and milk into a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a cup, add the ice and sprinkle the seasonings on top.
For a milkshake consistency add the ice to the blender, add more until desired consistency is reached.
Notes
Great smoothie for a quick breakfast.
Add peanut butter for a little more bulk.
