Low Carb Green Smoothie
Ingredients
1 avocado
1 cup of raw spinach
1 1/2 cups of unsweetened cocounut milk
Juice from one whole lemon
2 scoops of protein powder, chocolate flavor
Directions
Add all of the ingredients to the blender, ice cubes can be added if desired for a cooler smoothie.
Blend until mixture is free of lumps and clumps, the longer it is blended the creamier it will become due to the avocado.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Can use any flavor type of protein powder, depending on your preferences.
