Broiled Brussel Sprouts
Ingredients
10 Brussels sprouts (about 7 oz)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 °F.
Add all ingredients to a gallon freezer bag and shake until well mixed. This is my hack for using less oil and evenly seasoning them.
Evenly spread brussels sprouts across a baking sheet and place under the broiler for 10-15 minutes, taking out to flip and move them around every 2-3 minutes.

Notes
Pairs really well with a garlic aioli sauce. If you like a less crispy version then don’t use the broiler, place in the oven on high heat for 20-30 minutes.
