Candied Walnuts
Ingredients
1 cup walnuts, halved
1 tbsp butter, unsalted
2 tbsp granulated sugar
Directions
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add all ingredients for 5 minutes, stirring frequently
Stir constantly until all sugar is melted and nuts are coated.
Transfer immediately to parchment paper, making sure nuts are separated.
Allow to cool and harden for 5-7 minutes, and transfer candied walnuts to a container or serve.
