Green Beans

Ingredients

2 lb green beans, trimmed

3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

1 tbsp chili garlic paste

2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

2 tsp honey

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

1/4 cup peanuts, chopped

Kosher salt and pepper to taste

Sesame seeds for garnish

1 stalk green onion

Directions

Preheat a large sauce pan over medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients except green beans, sesame seeds and green onion.

Add green beans and toss to coat.

Place seasoned green beans into the pan and cook until charred, stirring occasionally, about 7 minutes.

Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.

Notes

Can use less oil to enjoy a larger serving
