Mango Smoothie
Ingredients
1/2 cup milk of choice
1 cups frozen mango chunks
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup orange juice (can be replaced by more milk)
3 tablespoons plain yogurt (can use non-dairy if needed)
1 teaspoon honey (can use maple syrup instead, or skip entirely)
Directions
Place ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Pour in extra milk if a thinner consistency is desired.

Notes
Helpful snack or small breakfast for on the go
Add in 1 tbsp of chia or flax seeds to add a healthy fat and make it a more filling smoothie
Add protein powder to make it a full meal
