Mixed Berry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 cup milk of choice

1/2 ripe frozen banana

1 cup frozen mixed berries

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Directions

Place ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

Pour in extra milk if a thinner consistency is desired, use a fresh banana for a fluffier consistency.

Add in 1 tbsp of chia or flax seeds to add a healthy fat and make it a more filling smoothie!
