Overnight Oats, Coconut Flavored
Ingredients
½ cup rolled oats
⅔ cup unsweetened coconut milk or milk of choice
2 tbsp shredded coconut
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp pure maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut flavored yogurt
½ tsp vanilla
Dash of sea salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar that can be sealed tight.
Stir well to combine. Seal jar and refrigerate over night or for 4+ hours.
Serve warm or cold and with desired toppings like toasted coconut flakes, berries or crushed nuts.
Notes
Get as creative as you want, add cinnamon, nutmeg, cocoa powder, fruit, etc.
Overnight oats are also delicious with pre-cooked steel cut oats, cook for 10 minutes before adding the other ingredients and putting into the fridge overnight.
