Popcorn

Ingredients

3 tbsp olive oil

1/3 cup corn kernels

1 tbsp butter

Salt to taste

Directions

Heat the oil on medium-high heat

Add 3-4 kernels to test the heat, once they pop add the remaining 1/3 cup.

Cover the pot and once they start popping gently shake the pan by moving back and forth over the burner.

Continue shaking the pot like this close to the burner until the pot is filled or all kernels are popped. (this technique prevents any from burning)

Melt the butter separately and drizzle it over the top of the finished popcorn

Sprinkle with salt to taste
