Protein Coffee

Ingredients

1 shot expresso or 1/2 cup cold brew

1 scoop protein (I use chocolate to make it taste like an iced mocha)

8oz milk 1 tbsp favorite creamer

5 ice cubes

Directions

Place ingredients in a shaker bottle

Shake vigorously

Add ice cubes after well combined, too soon will prevent the protein from mixing

If you don't have a shaker bottle put everything (including the ice) into a blender and it'll taste like a chocolate milk shake

This is my favorite creation yet and I rely on it for a quick breakfast
