Pulled Pork Burrito Bowl

Ingredients

8 oz pulled pork

1 cup rice

1 tsp lime zest

2 tbsp lime juice

2 tbsp cilantro

1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed

1/2 cup corn

1 cup pico de gallo

1/4 cup Mexican cheese

2 tbsp sour cream

1/4 cup guacamole

Cilantro for garnish

Lime wedges for garnish

Directions

Cook pulled pork with 1/2 cup of the pico de gallo, cilantro, chili powder, salt, and pepper to taste.

Recommendations for your rice is to cook with the tsp lime zest and 2 tbsp lime juice with water instead of broth.

Arrange all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!
