Taco Bowl

Ingredients

3 oz ground beef 90% lean

1/3 cup of black beans

1/2 of an avocado

1/2 of a medium cucumber

3 cups chopped lettuce or mixed greens

2 tablespoons taco sauce

Directions

Cook beef in pan, and boil beans in water until tender and ready.

Chop up the avocado and cucumber to desired size, set aside.

Once the beef and beans are done, add all ingredients to a bowl. One can mix it or leave it as is, according to preference.
