Banana Bread Cookies
Ingredients
¾ cup coconut oil (not melted)
½ cup granulated sugar
2 medium bananas (1 cup mashed)
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 1/4 cup all purpose baking flour
Directions
If your coconut oil is melted, place into the fridge a few hours before. Let soften again for 45 minutes before using.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place coconut oil, sugar, and banana into a bowl and mixed well.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Spoon tablespoon sized dollops onto a baking sheet (use parchment paper for easy clean up).
Recipe makes 36 cookies.
Bake for 8-12 minutes or until golden on the edge.
Let cool on the pan for the middle to harden.

Just because there's barely any sugar doesn't mean they're "healthy", they simply won't cause someone to gain weight as quickly because they're only 70 calories each. Weight management is all about portions and eating what your body needs rather than what your emotions want.
