Chef Salad

Ingredients

1 cup mixed greens

2 slices deli turkey, sliced

1 slice deli ham, sliced

1 hard boiled egg, quartered

½ cup grape tomatoes halved

0.5 oz cheddar cheese, cubed

0.25 oz Swiss cheese, cubed

¼ cup chopped cucumber

1 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Directions

To a glass lunch container, add mixed greens.

Top with turkey, ham, egg, tomatoes, cheeses, and cucumber.

Prior to serving, drizzle the balsamic vinegar and olive oil over the salad.

Notes

If you're not in the mood for balsamic vinegar, an Italian dressing would be a good alternate for this recipe.
