Healthy Trail Mix

Ingredients

3 tbsp raw pecans

3 tbsp raw cashews

2 tbsp raw sunflower seeds

2 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds

2 tbsp unsweetened, unsulfured dried cherries

2 tbsp unsweetened, unsulfured raisins

2 tbsp chopped 82% dark chocolate dash sea salt

1/8 tsp cinnamon dash of nutmeg

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread out the pecans and cashews

Spray lightly with oil, place in the oven and toast for 10 minutes (the seeds could be toasted too, preference)

Mix the toasted nuts and other ingredients together in a bowl

Notes

Dark chocolate is full of antioxidants and is very good for you. The higher the percentage of cocoa you can enjoy the better. Remember the rule: As long as you can understand the ingredients list.
