Mushroom Steak

Ingredients

Two 4 oz ribeye steak, boneless

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp butter

8 oz mushroom

Directions

Add 1 tbsp olive oil and butter to a large size skillet.

Once the oil is hot, over a medium-high heat, add the boneless ribeye steak and sear for 2-3 minutes per side or until the edges are brown.

Set the steak aside.

In the same skillet, add the mushrooms and cook for 4-5 minutes until well browned.

Combine the steak with mushrooms and stir well.

Serve immediately!

Notes

This is low in car and high in protein.

If you want more vegetables, feel free to add broccoli or asparagus with this meal!
