Nut Butter Cookie Dough

Ingredients

1/2 cup salted almond butter

1 large raw egg

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup white all-purpose flour

2 scoops whey protein powder

84 g milk chocolate chips

Directions

In a large bowl, mix together the almond butter, the beaten egg maple syrup, and vanilla.

Stir in the flour, protein powder, and chocolate chips. Mix well.

Refrigerate the batter for 20 minutes.

Remove from fridge and scoop out 1 tbsp dough using a cookie scooper or regular spoon onto a parchment tray.

Notes

If you’re concerned about eating raw eggs, all pasteurized eggs are SAFE to be consumed raw.

You can keep this in a ziplock bag in the freezer for up to 3 months!
